What you Need:
- 1 ripe plantain (yellow) off a felled tree
- ½ cup coconut milk (canned)
- cover and simmer on low until plantain softens, about 10 minutes.
- Puree plantain in food processor or blender until smooth.
Sweet Potato Puree
4 small sweet potatoes
2 tbsp. honey
1/4 cup coconut milk or water, to moisten and smooth puree
1 tsp cinnamon
